Goal

Create marketing and media campaign for the monthly Venice Art Crawl.

Challenge

Shift the cultural perception of Venice from smoke shops and commercial enterprises to a funky, artistic community.

What We Did

We started with strategy, as we always do. We helped the art crawl folks create an organizational structure and created a road map for marketing initiatives. We created a video and collateral materials to promote creativity and vibrancy of the event and sought media coverage from local outlets.

Results

A more structured organization powered by a clear marketing strategy and media coverage in the LA Times, Huffington Post and LAist.
