Greatest Adventure: Working, exploring and experiencing the food in South Africa.  Spending a summer there made me appreciate everything I take for granted here in the states and underscored the importance of outlook and attitude in life.  Where else can you pet a cheetah one weekend and ride an ostrich another weekend?
